Mr. Hiren Busa, Managing Director of H. Jasvantrai Engineering Pvt. Ltd., represents the third generation of leadership and has been instrumental in steering the company through a sustained phase of growth and modernization. He is a B.Com graduate from the prestigious KC College, Churchgate Mumbai, and joined the family business in 1994, working closely with his father to gain in-depth, hands-on exposure to all aspects of Plumbing, Public Health Engineering (PHE), and Fire Fighting (FF) contracting works.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Busa brings a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and operational excellence. Under his leadership, HJEPL has successfully adopted modern engineering practices, advanced project management methodologies, and stringent quality and safety standards. He has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s service portfolio, strengthening compliance with national and international codes, and building long-term relationships with leading corporate developers, consultants, Architecture and PMC’s.

Mr. Shailesh Busa is a qualified Civil Engineer from the prestigious Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai. With over 50 years of extensive professional experience, he has demonstrated expertise in civil engineering, plumbing and sanitary systems, fire protection projects, as well as fire alarm and fire detection systems. His in-depth knowledge and leadership have been instrumental in successfully executing complex engineering and safety projects, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and reliability.

Mr. Ankit Kansara is a Graduate Civil Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in Plumbing (PHE) and Fire Fighting (FF). Since joining the company, he has been actively involved in planning, executing, and supervising complex projects, bringing both technical expertise and practical insight to every assignment.

With a strong foundation in engineering principles and project management, Mr. Ankit Kansara has played a key role in implementing modern engineering practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with national and international standards. His work spans a wide range of complex residential, commercial, Hospitalities and industrial projects, where he has consistently delivered solutions that meet stringent quality, safety, and sustainability requirements.
